BPC — Building Procurement Construction ("BPC", "we", "us", "our") operates bpcproc.com, an online marketplace for construction materials in Bangladesh. We help builders, contractors, and homeowners order products such as cement, steel rod, bricks, tiles, cables, and sanitary items for delivery to their site.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to orders and enquiries made through our website, by phone, and through our WhatsApp ordering channel.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to serve you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact and delivery details — your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address (if you provide one).
  • Order information — the products and quantities you order, your delivery site details, special instructions, and your order history with us.
  • Payment information — the payment method you choose and transaction references for bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer payments. We never ask for, see, or store your bKash or Nagad PIN, OTP codes, or full bank credentials.
  • Communications — messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, or through the forms on our website.
  • Technical data — basic information collected automatically when you browse our website, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.

3. How we use your information

  • Process, confirm, and deliver your orders.
  • Verify payments made by bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
  • Send you order updates and delivery notifications by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. Payment information

Payments made through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer are processed by those providers on their own systems, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your PIN, password, or full account credentials.

We keep only the details needed to verify and record your payment, such as the transaction ID, sending number or account reference, amount, and date. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, no digital payment information is collected.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our service:

  • Delivery and transport partners — your name, phone number, and delivery address, so they can deliver your order.
  • Suppliers and manufacturers — where an order is fulfilled or delivered directly from a supplier, we share the details needed to complete that delivery.
  • Payment providers — bKash, Nagad, and banks, to process and verify payments.
  • Service providers — such as the email service that delivers your quotation requests to us, used only to operate the website.
  • Authorities — where we are required to do so by the laws of Bangladesh, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
